Sarah studied and worked in the interior design industry before beginning her real estate career. Her talent for aesthetics and eye for detail is now a signature strength that she puts to good use for vendors, skilfully presenting their homes for superior results.

Nathan Collett
Residential Sales Specialist


Brought up on a Canterbury farm, Nathan studied agriculture and farm management at
Lincoln Uni before joining the Chris Jones Team in 2013. With nearly 5 years’ experience,
Nathan specialises in residential and section sales on Christchurch’s Southwestern fringe,
including Lincoln, Halswell, Wigram, Tai Tapu, Prebbleton and West Melton.

He enjoys the area and is out there every day on behalf of his clients. “There are so many
selling points. It’s got a nice rural feel, easy access to town and new amenities are springing
up all the time. It’s just a fantastic place to live.” Professional, driven, honest and down-to-
earth, Nathan is the kind of agent who makes the process seem easy. He works tirelessly to
deliver outstanding results and, together with the Chris Jones Team, he has sold over a
thousand properties of all kinds, at all ends of the market.

Sam Sidey
Rural & Lifestyle Sales Specialist


Having grown up on a sheep and beef farm, with a Bachelor of Commerce in Agriculture from Lincoln and experience as a farm manager, joining the Chris Jones Team to sell rural real estate in 2015 was a natural step forward for Sam.

A keen learner, Sam has quickly picked up the skills of the trade and become a respected agent in his own right. “A lot of my job is involved with fielding buyers and addressing any concerns they might have to keep the process rolling along smoothly.”

Punctual, forward thinking and detail oriented, Sam uses his well-honed management skills together with his extensive knowledge of lifestyle property requirements to facilitate the buying and selling process. He is often found working alongside Chris to help deliver results for clients and assist with customer care.

Michele has been with Bayleys for over 5 years. Michele looks after all facets of real estate administration for Team Jones including the very important marketing tasks and liaising with clients on administrative and advertising elements.

Bianca Davidson
Residential Personal Assistant


 Throughout Bianca’s initial five years’ experience in the real estate industry, she has been trusted to uphold quality, attitude and service, to the highest of levels. The inaugural recipient for the memorial Rosemarie de Jong award for outstanding excellence reflects Bianca’s dedication to deliver projects, service and exceed expectations for clients across multiple divisions within the business. Recently licensed under the REA as a qualified salesperson, Bianca is trusted as the new high-flyer set to excel as a member of the No. 1 REINZ 2018 Large Residential Real Estate Office in New Zealand.

Felicity Powell
Office Manager


Felicity has been with Bayleys for 13 years in which time she has attained considerable knowledge in all aspects of real estate administration. In recent years she has assisted in the marketing and selling of several large scale residential developments. Felicity has an indepth knowledge of the industry and has several aspects to her role including the Team Jones office manager.
