Having grown up on a sheep and beef farm, with a Bachelor of Commerce in Agriculture from Lincoln and experience as a farm manager, joining the Chris Jones Team to sell rural real estate in 2015 was a natural step forward for Sam.
A keen learner, Sam has quickly picked up the skills of the trade and become a respected agent in his own right. “A lot of my job is involved with fielding buyers and addressing any concerns they might have to keep the process rolling along smoothly.”

The inaugural recipient for the memorial Rosemarie de Jong award for outstanding excellence reflects Bianca’s dedication to deliver projects, service and exceed expectations for clients across multiple divisions within the business. Recently licensed under the REA as a qualified salesperson, Bianca is trusted as the new high-flyer set to excel as a member of the No. 1 REINZ 2018 Large Residential Real Estate Office in New Zealand.
Felicity has been with Bayleys for 13 years in which time she has attained considerable knowledge in all aspects of real estate administration. In recent years she has assisted in the marketing and selling of several large scale residential developments. Felicity has an indepth knowledge of the industry and has several aspects to her role including the Team Jones office manager.

Michele has been with Bayleys for over five years. Michele looks after all facets of real estate administration for Team Jones including the very important marketing tasks and liaising with clients on administrative and advertising elements.
Residential Personal Assistant
During Claudia’s five years at Bayleys, she has worked alongside a number of top performing agents. Throughout her time within these roles, Claudia has developed her industry knowledge and now brings her attention to detail and effective communication skills to the fast paced, high performing Chris Jones Team. Claudia holds her Real Estate Salesperson Certificate and assists Chris, Nathan and Sarah with day-to-day residential administration and client care to ensure that deadlines are met and to the highest standard.
